Provide Details

Share your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged or defective product.

Assessment

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2-3 business days.

At Peg Partner, we are committed to providing you with the best quality snacks and an exceptional customer experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refund:

We offer refunds for the following situations:
- Damaged or defective products upon delivery.
- Incorrect items received.
- Missing items from your order.

Refunds are not applicable for:

- Products purchased under clearance or special promotions, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Complaints made after 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Refund Method

Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or transferred to your bank account after verifying your details.

Return Shipping

In cases where a return is required:
- We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect products.
- For other eligible returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 30 mins of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a refund if it meets the criteria.

Exceptions

Please note that certain products, such as perishable items and personalized orders, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
